Apologies for contacting you via a forum on your website but I've tried everything else!

I placed two orders with you, the first on 2 March and the 2nd on 5th March - I received Paypal notifications that my payments had been received by Philip Odger. I have received neither of the 2 orders.

I have emailed info@tmtch.net on 20 March and 4 April to query the missing the orders and received no replies to either of my emails.

This is my last resort to come to you via the forum - can you please look into this for me? - I would still very much like to receive the goods but if they are no longer available could someone please contact me and return my money - a total of £71.40!!

Sorry that your stuff has been delayed - we did send you an email to explain that we were waiting for new bottle openers (and other stuff) to come in and that was the reason for the hold up. We never got your email though to orders@tmtch.net so there may be a spam filter issue or something. If you can wait another 2 weeks all will be OK otherwise we can refund no problem. We always try to send out orders as soon as possible but sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control there are delays ...maybe that's why it takes us 6 years to make a new album

Good news! The bottle-openers are in and the new T-shirts have arrived. So, anyone waiting on these will receive them shortly. The new shirts are great - they are Black T's with a full colour front print of the wings and dice logo that is on the 25th Anniversary DVD.
